Great meeting for the first time Ms. Princess Manzon. Yes, she is a Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) ex-housemate in 2009, the batchmate of Melai Cantiveros and Tom Rodriguez. She is also one of the contestants in last year's ABS-CBN's reality show "I Do" and a beauty queen (Ms. Earth Philippines).
We met Princess here in Impact Hub Manila's event, the Hublogathon. She is one of the speakers who shared about Green House PH, her current affiliation.
Me and my blogger partner Allyana Aguillera of venturingeden.wordpress.com had an oppurtunity to interview this beautiful lady. And she shared about healthy lifestyle and fitness tips which are the common things about me and her.

Princess is the lady behind the Green House PH. Green House PH is actually a health and wellness store which offers healthy products such as juices, food supplements, and super food smoothies.
We learned some healthy tips from Princess during our cool conversations. According to her, it's not just about the food you eat... but also about the way you feel and overall wellness! For instance, even though you have all the good food to eat but you're not happy, then you're not still better. It's a hollistic view!
Princess also told us that a healthy body plus a healthy mind equals healthy relationship! That sounds true to all of us! :)
