Health Tips: A Plate of Healthy Diet

Eat with a balance diet. This means, in every meal we take, there should be a combination of meat, vegetables, and carbo or simply a Go, Glow, and Grow food should be in our plates.

As shown in the photo above, our plate should contain the following:

1/2 Greens or Veggies
1/3 Grains or Half Cup of Rice
1/3 Meat or Protein (120-150 gram)

And of course for drinks, a juice will do.
